-Only the original markings from Schubert are included in the music.

-No simplifications or rewritten passages.

-Only treble and bass clef are used, avoiding tenor clef.

This solo part has been prepared from the Urtext edition made by Henle and is one octave lower. Versions are available in G minor, to be played in solo tuning, and A minor, for bassists wishing to perform the original key in orchestral tuning.
